Legal Justice Virtual Hackathon Guide

The Legal Justice Virtual Hackathon is a national event meant to bring about innovation and change in the justice community. The goal is to bring together people from different backgrounds to work together to build the solutions that they wish they had.

MISSION: Develop technology to improve legal justice processes for those who need critical help more efficiently and for those who aim to provide support.

Tech for Justice Legal Justice Hackathon will bring together Nonprofit Advocates, Legal Aid Organizations, Private Lawyers, Technologists, Students, Educators, Counselors, Activists, Businesses, Entrepreneurs, Public Housing Officials, State and City Representatives, Judges, and more, to come up with innovative and transparent solutions, supporting technologies, and plans for implementation with initiative collaborators and partners.

When: November 5th and 6th

The Virtual Legal Justice Hackathon is welcome to all!

Dates:

Day 1 Saturday, November 5th, 2016- 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM central time

Day 2 Sunday, November 6th, 2016 – 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM central time

Location: online via Slack Github, and Hackathon.io
