Michael Hernandez - Director of Client Services
Project manager and systems administrator, Michael Hernandez, develops mobile computing and telephony solutions. Known for critical thinking, creative solutions, and collaboration, Hernandez provides client support, training, planning and implementation of operations, communication, office relocations and build-outs. Accomplishments include: standardizing a Legal Services program of 16 offices with hardware, software, phone system and CMS, and building a successful help desk unit and technology internship program. He gets the “impossible” done, always with kind-heartedness and respect. Once a member of the NYS Chief Justice’s Task Force Tech Committee, Hernandez works passionately to help protect equal access for the least advantaged.
Joseph Melo - Director of Engineering
Joseph Melo has a forensics mind and is known for making things work. Just-Tech clients and team rely on him for clear communication and an ability to lead and teach everything from simple concepts to complicated setups. He was especially recognized for implementing a VOIP solution for Legal Services NYC. Some of Melo’s other skills include help desk, networking, system administration, mobile management, security, cloud services, design/architecture, and project management.
Steve Pomroy - Director of Marketing
With 22+ years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, Steve is adept at creating and growing multi-million dollar B2B companies. He combines a focus on business and technical excellence to turn ideas into innovative solutions for pressing client challenges. He has co-founded four technology companies, two of which he played a key leadership role in growing and guiding through to acquisition. Together with the accomplished Just-Tech team, he is working to elevate the role of technology in making a positive impact on the justice community.
